After doing some research, we finally found the following solution to resolve this problem. But upon the first –required- restart, the problem was still there: Windows were stuck on boot and nothing happened. After that we restarted the computer again and we let Windows to find and install the new graphic card driver automatically.

The first action we tried to resolve this problem was to boot into Windows Safe Mode and then to uninstall all NVidia drivers found there. In a customer’s computer, after NVidia graphics (VGA) card replacement, his computer didn’t boot anymore in Windows 7 Normal mode.
